Hatha is a style of yoga that connects the breath and movement. This holistic approach to yoga stretches and tones the whole body and aims to bring optimal balance and health. A typical class includes pranayama, sun salutations, 12 basic asanas and a long and relaxing guided Savasana at the end of each class.

This sweaty and powerful yoga style allows you to challenge your balance and strength your body as we flow from asana to asana. Connecting the breath and the movement, this style is considered a moving meditation and no class will ever be the same as the other one. A typical class includes mindfulness, sun salutation, creative flow sequences and a long and relaxing guided Savasana at the end of each class.
